PROJECT TITLE:
Coca-Cola Sponsors The Woodruff Arts Center's New Digital Marquee
OVERVIEW:
Coca-Cola is a Fortune 100 company beverage company whose focus is to "Refresh the world." The Woodruff Arts Center (WAC) is a beacon of cultural excellence in Atlanta, Georgia. It houses three prominent not-for-profit arts divisions: the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and the High Museum of Art. In collaboration with Coca-Cola, we were tasked to develop a motion graphic for Coca-Cola sponsoring WAC and several promotional videos to celebrate the unveiling of a new digital marquee. This project would amplify the visibility and impact of the arts within the community.
GOALS:
Our goals were to create a series of engaging high-level videos that would encapsulate the spirit of WAC, showcase its invaluable contributions to the arts, and serve as a medium to promote upcoming events. To achieve these goals, we engaged closely with Coca-Cola’s liaison and the heads of each arts department, aligning our efforts with their vision and objectives.
PROCESS:
The pre-production phase involved comprehensive scriptwriting, storyboarding, and planning shoots to capture compelling narratives reflecting WAC's impact. In the production phase, we utilized dynamic filming techniques to record interviews and performances, focusing on conveying the essence of WAC and its partners. Our editing team then crafted engaging videos, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to guarantee alignment with their expectations.
OUTCOMES:
The unveiling event was a resounding success, marked by high attendance and positive reception from all stakeholders involved. Our commitment to delivering on time and within budget resulted in impactful visual content that resonated with the audience. Coca-Cola representatives were particularly impressed with the professionalism and quality of the videos displayed, further solidifying the partnership's reputation for excellence in supporting the arts.
