Community Transformation Grants Program Conference Photography and Video

OVERVIEW:

One Vision Productions (OVP) is proud to present this narrative detailing our successful collaboration with ICF International (ICFI) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the execution of video interviews and photography services for the Community Transformation Grant (CTG) program conference. Awarded a $70 million CTG Support Contract by the CDC, ICFI tasked OVP with creating compelling visual content that highlights the impactful stories of CTG awardees. Our comprehensive approach ensured that all deliverables were completed promptly and within budget, significantly contributing to the program's objectives of enhancing community health initiatives across the nation.

GOALS:

OVP was tasked with capturing the impactful stories of CTG awardees. We set clear goals to highlight their achievements, document the conference atmosphere, and support ICFI’s training efforts.

PROCESS:

Through comprehensive pre-conference planning, OVP coordinated with ICFI to schedule video interviews with 10-15 awardees and to outline key photography moments. On-site, we utilized professional-grade equipment to authentically capture the narratives and vibrant interactions of the event. Post-production involved editing the video footage to create compelling stories aligned with the CTG mission, while the photography showcased significant moments from the conference.

OUTCOMES:

All deliverables were completed within budget and deadline, yielding powerful testimonials that enhanced the visibility of the awardees and provided valuable assets for ICFI’s ongoing initiatives. OVP is committed to producing high-quality visual content and looks forward to further opportunities to support public health initiatives alongside ICFI and the CDC.
