He oversees the company’s corporate direction, sales, training, and marketing while focusing on strategy, leadership, and customer relations. Known as a Brand Strategy Expert, he delivers keynotes and training workshops throughout the U.S. and abroad. He specializes in helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and speakers prepare for public presentations, business growth, and high-potential opportunities.

Tuff believes in giving back and finds avenues to engage the business community, citizens, and youth through his personal, entrepreneurial, and philanthropic endeavors. He received a Leadership Certificate from BoardSource and started a Pay It Forward community grant which is annually awarded to a nonprofit organization. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Georgia Citizen Award and President's Call to Service Award.
