PROJECT TITLE:
Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Listening Session
OVERVIEW:
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) holds annual sessions on Improving Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Inspections to their inspection partners throughout the U.S. to gather feedback on various topics, including program updates, proposed rules, and organizational structures. One Vision Productions' task was to provide professional sound room audio and videography services for their event.
GOALS:
The goals were to support HUD’s vision by delivering professional services that amplify voices, capture critical discussions, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of HUD’s administrative strategies, ultimately empowering communities across the nation.
PROCESS:
We begin by engaging with HUD representatives to understand their specific needs and objectives, followed by a site visit to assess the venue's acoustics and logistics. In preparation for the event, we select appropriate audio and video equipment and conduct technical rehearsals to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the event day, our team arrives early to set up the equipment and capture all sessions, including speeches and audience interactions, with high-quality audio and video.
OUTCOMES:
After the event, RAW footage of the event was electronically delivered to HUD without editing, ensuring they have immediate access to the recordings. We conclude the process by gathering feedback from HUD to enhance future collaborations. This comprehensive approach allows us to effectively support HUD’s mission by preserving valuable insights and fostering impactful discussions.
