Target Family Thursdays Commercial

OVERVIEW:

Target Family Thursdays at the Woodruff Arts Center offers free admission and family-oriented activities for all visitors on select Thursdays in September. The Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, High Museum of Art, and Young Audiences will provide engaging programs for toddlers to teens throughout the day. Families can enjoy toddler-focused performances, acting workshops, art classes, and a theater performance. The High Museum also hosts themed art activities for toddlers and family tours, making it a fun day for all ages.

GOALS:

We engaged closely with Target and Woodruff marketing department heads, aligning our efforts with their vision and objectives to create a 30-second commercial advertising the events of Target Family Thursdays.

PROCESS:

One Vision Productions collaborated closely with the marketing teams from Target and the Woodruff Arts Center to align strategies and messaging. We began by developing a compelling script highlighting family-oriented activities and the rich offerings from the Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and High Museum of Art. In the pre-production phase, we organized logistics and scouted suitable locations within the arts center to capture vibrant footage. During production, our team recorded a professional voiceover and filmed families enjoying various events, ensuring each shot reflected the lively spirit of the occasion. The final edit was a refined 30-second, engaging, and polished commercial. Throughout the process, we maintained open communication with Target and Woodruff, incorporating their feedback to meet their expectations effectively.

OUTCOMES:

The Target Family Thursdays commercial featured a captivating 30-second narrative that showcased family-oriented activities at the Woodruff Arts Center. Collaboration between One Vision Productions, Target, and Woodruff led to a compelling portrayal that resonated with audiences. The commercial increased attendance and heightened community engagement as viewers connected with the vibrant events highlighted. Overall, it effectively met its marketing objectives while enhancing Target’s visibility within the local community and promoting a sense of togetherness.
